Proposal & Contract

Once the design and scope are finalized, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining labor, materials, and timeline. Upon your review and approval, we’ll issue the formal construction agreement for signature.

Permitting & Scheduling

We handle the paperwork so you don’t have to. Qland coordinates with local building departments, engineers, and HOA representatives to obtain the necessary permits and schedule inspections.

Construction & Communication

Once construction begins, your dedicated project supervisor provides regular updates on progress, inspections, and milestones. Our focus is on quality, safety, and client satisfaction every step of the way.

Final Walk-Through

When work is complete, we’ll conduct a detailed walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations. You’ll receive all warranty information, inspection records, and final documentation.
